1.    General Provisions:
1.1     The following Terms and Conditions is considered as an agreement ("the agreement")  between you and Viet Universal Company Limited – the owner of 123zo.com website, below referred as 123zo.com. User means any one who use, access 123zo.com with any purpose, including user who does not register with 123zo.com or paid user to use 123zo.com’s services. User or his/her legal representative will be fully responsible to his/her use of 123zo.com..
1.2    123zo.com is responsible to advice you that all user, while accessing 123zo.com, has to obeys current law and regulations of Vietnam. 123zo.com is not liable for any damage, loss or consequence causer by its user. 123zo.com, under it operating policy and its interest, refuse to provide service to anyone at anytime without any reason.
1.3    123zo.com may amend this agreement at anytime by uploading the amended version on the web 123zo.com and the agreement will be immediately affective. 123zo.com will try its best to inform its members, if possible, by sending email to members but 123zo.com will not be liable to any lost, delay or missing regarding the notice. Members have responsibility to regularly check for any change to this agreement on 123zo.com. In case, you does not accept amended agreement, you should not use this website and the paid free will be deducted, the rest will be refunded
1.4     When you use services of 123zo.com, it is understood that you have read, acknowledged and accepted all the provision of the agreement.
        If you do not accept this agreement in full or partially you should not use or stop using services provided by 123zo.com

2.    User:
2.1 Registration with 123zo.com:
2.1.1     To become member of 123zo.com as a company, person or any legal entity, you are acknowledge and warranty that you are entitled to let the same to be bond by the service agreement.
2.1.2     You must register your true, accurate, current and complete information about your company, personal information, product or service as required in the "registration" form.
2.1.3     You are obligated to maintain and promptly update the registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you do not supply honest data, or do not update data on time that make registration not correct, 123zo.com  reserves the right to terminate your membership and all related services with a notice 24 hours before the termination.
2.2 Account
2.2.1     After you have submitted account registration information with 123zo.com you will receive a set of account and password, which will be kept secured under your full responsibility. No renting out of any kind, transfer or let-out to any third party are allowed.
2.2.2     You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password
2.2.3     You are responsible to immediately notify 123zo.com of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breaches of security system. This, however, does not mean that 123zo.com indicates any responsibility by the 123zo.com to compensate you for the loose cased by that. Any fraudulently use of them will not be responsible by the compensation of 123zo.com.
2.2.4    Make sure to exit the website at the end of each session to prevent fraudulent use by others.
2.3  Information published on 123zo.com
2.3.1    Only member can public information on 123zo.com.
2.3.2    Use, public or disseminate following information is strictly prohibited:
-    Containing racial discrimination, religious, sexual, national secret materials…
-    Containing defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful, pornographic or other material which violates current Vietnamese law.
-    Infringing copyright, trademark, patent…
-    Dishonest, incorrect, vague or misleading information
-    Relating fake product, dope, drug, goods that the law of Vietnam does not allow.
-    Program containing virus, malicious program or code that affect regular operation, stability of system, stealing password, personal information of other users
-    Unauthorized access, change or control data, content or the website, security system or other related services.
-    Abuse 123zo.com to send spam;
-    Any information or activities that violate law of Vietnam.
a)  Derogatory comments of any kind, in particular those relating to religious beliefs, ethnicity, sexual preferences and political issues.
b)  The harassment, abuse, or threatening of other users
c)  Any infringement of registered trademark, copyright or patent.
2.3.3    You are responsible to accuracy, completeness of the provided information on 123zo.com.
2.3.4    Any information that is contrary to Article 2.3.2 will be deleted from 123zo.com and your account will be temporally locked permanently removed from the member list. 123zo.com reserves its right to corporate with competent authorities to investigate or prevent information or anyone who commit above activities.
2.3.5   You are responsible for any risk when you information or program published on 123zo.com
2.4 Right of user: 
 User has following rights :
2.4.1   Use information and services which has been registered with 123zo.com to serve your business purpose
2.4.2   Complain or ask for member fee refund if 123zo.com’s services are not the same as described in the agreement.
2.4.3   Give your suggestion to 123zo.com to improve its services.
2.4.4   Inform fraudulent activities, dishonest or other activities that affect other users’ rights so 123zo.com can apply method to prevent these activities.
2.4.5  Receive advantage, special offer from 123zo.com correspondingly to account type.
3.     Responsibilities of 123zo.com:
3.1    123zo.com store and has responsibilities to secure personal information of member under provisions of Privacy Policy, unless user allows or law requires or  acting under the belief that information storage and provision reasonable to such action is necessary to:
-     Conform to request from competent authorities regarding investigation;
-     Conform to request from courts or legal process to protect the rights of 123zo.com or interests of its members;
-     If personal disclosure of personal information of user who violates policies of 123zo.com will reduce loss of 123zo.com and its member.
3.2    We take any possible method to maintain service in 123zo.com. 123zo.com, however, 123zo.com will not be liable for any interruption to services as a result of acts of god, strike, war, attack, network problem… and other force majeure.
3.3     123zo.com strictly review information posted on 123zo.com, we, however, are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by your behavior during use of 123zo.com.
3.4    We provide a electronic portal directly between seller and buyer and do not collect any fee from these transactions. 123zo.com is not responsible for any consequence that may be caused by your behavior during use of 123zo.com. 123zo.com may, under its rule and interests, refuse the services to anyone at any time without any reason.
3.5     123zo.com reserves the right to terminate the services at any time or for any reason, with or without notice, if it believes that you violates article 2.3.2 or damages right or regular operation of 123zo.com and other users.
3.6     123zo.com may contain links to other websites. 123zo.com does not have control over such websites and materials provided by those websites. 123zo.com is not liable, or responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by any content or any information from the linking website.

4.1     All logo and trademark used on 123zo.com have been registered and are properties of Viet Universal Co and protected under intellectual property law. Using our logo or trademark in any form without the written  permission from Viet Universal Co is prohibited.
4.2     All contents (all information, web design of 123zo.com) in these websites are copyrighted by Viet Universal Co. Any reproduction in whole or in part in any form without the written permission from Viet Universal Co is prohibited.
5.    Preparatory law and court in control
                All the terms and conditions, any explanations or all arguments ever since, will be explained and judged by the courts located in Hanoi.
